We are pleased to offer reservations that are all-inclusive and flat-rate.

Your reservation includes:

• Setup of tables and comfortable chairs to your specification (comfortable max 320).
• An audio/visual technician to help with all of your media needs, a facility event coordinator to ensure that your event runs smoothly, and a cleaning crew to handle all of the cleanup afterwards!
• Use of our adjoining commercial kitchen.
• High speed wireless internet.


Weekdays & Receptions: $1,000

During normal business hours, Monday – Friday, we are pleased to offer a reduced daily rate.

We also offer a reduced rate for evening or weekend Banquet Hall events lasting four hours or less, like corporate meetings, receptions, or recognition dinners.

Evening Hours: $1,500

When your weekday event is during evening time and requires more than four hours of facility use, we can accommodate your reservation needs for just a fraction more.

Weekend Rate: $2,000

This is our all-inclusive, daily flat rate for weekend events.


***Deposit for any event is just $250, with the remainder of the balance due 30 days before the event date.

Our meeting rooms are located at the back of the facility and are accessible through the rear entries near the playground or through the main CLC entrance, located on the left side of the facility. For meetings, just follow the “Meeting” signs that will be staked around the outside of the building!
