We understand that your special events need an impressive venue, but we also understand that affordability is vital. Because of this, we have created a special non-profit rate that will give you the beautiful venue, great service, and wonderful affordability you need!

Our beautiful banquet hall and conference center can accommodate up to 320 guests comfortably and has a full commercial kitchen to meet all of your catering needs! And, our on-site café can help you with boxed lunches, if you so desire, and also serves a full Starbucks drink menu, which is perfect for your program breaks.

Non-Profit rates

 

Business Hours: $1,000
During normal business hours, Monday – Friday, we are pleased to offer our non-profit friends this incredible reduced rate.

Receptions: $1,000
We offer reduced rates for evening or weekend Banquet Hall events, like receptions, that require use of the facility for four hours or less.

Evening Hours: $1,250
For any non-profit function taking place during weekday evening hours, the flat-rate, all-inclusive cost is just a fraction more.

Weekend Hours: $1,500
This all-inclusive, flat-rate is offered for those non-profit events that take place during weekends, giving you use of the facility for the entire day.

*Flat-rate, all-inclusive cost includes setup of tables and chairs to your specification, an audio/visual technician to help with all of your media needs, a facility event coordinator, a cleaning crew, and use of our commercial kitchen.

Our meeting rooms are located at the back of the facility and are accessible through the rear entries near the playground or through the main CLC entrance, located on the left side of the facility. For meetings, just follow the “Meeting” signs that will be staked around the outside of the building!
