Community Life Center :: Fitness & Recreation

Do you want to get in shape and maintain a healthy lifestyle?

If so, you may want to consider joining some of the various fitness classes that take place in the Community Life Center! After all, statistics show that working out in a group or with a partner greatly improve a person’s likelihood of achieving and sustaining their personal fitness goals.

Tues. & Thurs. 6:30 – 7:30 pm

We offer training for men, women and children in life skills development and martial arts. Zumba with Carmen

Join us for an hour-long, high intensity cardio exercise class for all members of the Community Life Center!  The cost is only $2 per class or $25 per month.  You’re going to love it!  For questions call (903) 258-2480.
