BEAVERS BEND, OKLAHOMA
FRIDAY SEPT. 12TH – SUNDAY SEPT. 14TH

We’re leaving for Beavers Bend, September 12th at 2:00 PM (please be at Rose Heights Church early to load) and will return the following Sunday afternoon around 2:00 pm!

It’s going to be AWESOME!

Friday evening, we’ll settle in at our respective cabins, hang out, and then have a great dinner, with a short devotional afterwards. Saturday, we’ll start the day with breakfast and a morning devotional, after which we will go on an adventurous 4 mile kayaking trip! That evening we’ll have dinner and a great time of worship and ministry time together. Then, Sunday, we’ll have another good breakfast, short devotional, cleanup the cabins and then head, arriving back in Tyler around 2 pm.

CABIN INFORMATION: Patio in the Pines, where all of our devotions and meals will take place, The Great Outdoors, The Wheelhouse, Fox Tales, Treasured Times, and  Finch’s Nest, which is just a bit down the road from the other cabins. The cabins are incredibly nice, with hotel-like amenities — even hot tubs and pool tables! WHAT TO BRING:  Bible, clothes, swimwear, shoes that can get wet, shoes for walking/hiking, toiletries, sun screen, towels, spending money (if you want to do anything special at the park or buy snacks along the way), entertainment (card games, books, etc.).  Please know that there is wifi, but it is spotty at best. Also, if you can bring a folding lawn chair, that would be great!
